We have created some easy to prepare, healthy and nutritious recipe ideas that can be used in any dining situation from a weekend family BBQ to a lunch or dinner meal.
- Pan-Fry- Lightly oil pan. Cook on a pre-heated pan on a low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly
- BBQ Plate- Lightly oil plate. Cook on a pre-heated BBQ plate on a low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly
- Oven Bake- Pre-heat oven to 180°. Cook for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally
Cocktail Kebab Platter
Serve with your favourite condiments, we suggest Sweet Chilli Sauce for the BBQ flavour kebabs and a drizzle of honey over the Peanut Satay and Honey Soy Kebabs after cooked.
Kebab and Veges
A great dinner meal, simply add your favourite Veges for a healthy meal.
Kebab on Pita Bread
Using our famous BBQ flavoured kebabs, remove the chicken from the skewer and add to an open pita, place lettuce, tomato and avocado as well as feta cheese, add tzatziki sauce. Wrap up the pita or serve open.
BBQ Kebab Roast
Roast Chicken BBQ Kebabs with a mixture of veges suitable for roasting. Try adding gravy to complete the roast dinner meal.
Stir Fry Kebabs
Remove the chicken from the skewer and add to the fry pan. Add a mixture of stir fry vegetables to the pan, once kebabs are nearly cooked, add to the fry pan broccoli, snow peas, carrots and some sliced onion.
Slicing a fresh bread roll, place lettuce, tomato, sliced cucumber as a bed. Remove the chicken from the skewer and place on over the top. Try adding your favourite condiment to this as well. Try a sweet chilli sauce with the BBQ flavour kebabs.
